Hey everyone
Due to my hospital stay I didn’t list anything until just recently. Although I did have a few sales from my ebay store, they were not challange related and don’t count. I will post new stats next week. The challange is almost over, but I hope Gary does this again next year. I didn’t do very well with this challange, but I have learned so much and would like the opportunity to try again. I will definately do somethings differently!
Hope everyone has a great week!

My sales were low again. I’m behind on everything right now, from listing to posting to house cleaning. I didn’t go to any sales last weekend, just using out of the boxes and boxes of items I bought at auction and previous sales as I’m running out of room to put stuff. It seems as if we’re having a steady flow of company and that’s also making it hard to get anything done. (more…)

Saturday morning I’m leaving for a week long fishing trip in Ontario, Canada and won’t be around to respond to any questions until the 14th or 15th.
During last summer’s trip I caught the 30″ walleye pictured above. If tied for the largest walleye caught out of the resort we go to last summer. We’ll be hard at work trying to catch a couple bigger ones this year.
It appears our trip this year will be wet. If the weatherman is to be believed, highs will be in the 60s and it will likely rain every day we are there. Last year, it was sunny and in the 80s and 90s every day except for one.

I found today a first edition children’s book called Dorrie and the Witch Doctor. I need help in knowing whether to put it on Amazon or Ebay? Would you put it on auction or should I put it in my store? My bookselling buying history isn’t the best (I’ve sure bought a lot of duds), and I need some help!!
thanks, Diane

Hi everyone,
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend.
Between company and out door yard work, I didn’t get as much listed as I wanted, but hopefully I can make it up during the week. I’m not using the chart this time since I can’t figure out how to make it fit in the space.

Hi Gary,
Do packing and shipping supplies qualify as incidental expenses?
Thanks,

I notice a few people are having problems with their tables running off the side of the page.
If this is happening to you, the cause is more than likely has something to do with the maximum width you have set for the table. Any width of more than 425 pixels will likely cause the table to either not show in it’s entirety or will break the page template.
Larry - If I look at the html for your table, there isn’t any table width specified. That’s probably what is causing it to run off the edge of the table. Specify a table width of between 400 and 425 pixels and it should display properly.
Rita - Your html looks fine, but I wonder if the font size you are using is too large to and pushes the table off the page. You may want to try using a smaller font size and see if that solves the problem.

For those of you who normally end auctions on Sunday, will you have your auctions end on Sunday next weekend (the Memorial Day Holiday)?
