BanksAuctions - Weekly Auctions Recap - Week 5 & 6
These last three weeks (and looking like the whole month), real life has gotten in the way of the eBay challenge, eBay and most everything else. I’ve been dealing with some family issues, which have me flying back and forth between California and New York.
Hopefully things will settle down so I can start earning some $$$ and stop using up my “emergency stash”, oh well that’s what it’s for right?!?
I’ve mostly been doing relisting and listings of items purchased earlier during the challenge but yet unsold.
I’ve been able to do some treasure hunting nonetheless, and will do a separate update covering my most recent finds.
Here’s how the numbers look as of today 6/21/

One last thing, as many of you know I’m using the 2008 Garage Sale Challenge to ramp up my Amazon selling presence, and to that end I’ve recently purchased a PDA w/Laser Scanner.
I’ll be posting an update and personal review that I’m hoping will help answer questions others who are thinking about media scouting tools might have… Like I did!!
Good Luck Everybody!!

Gary,
I can’t seem to figure out WHY my table just refuses to fit??
I’ve done all you suggested, but STILL it runs off the page…now what??

Stephen,
If I look at the HTML in the above post there is no font size designated, only a font family. Without a size designation the size reverts to the generic size used for the rest of the blog and causes the table to run off the side of the page.
Between the less than and the greater than signs in the span section for each line of code you have - span style=”font-family:Arial;”
You need to change that to span style=”font-size:xx-small;font-family:Arial;”
That should make it work.

Gary,
That’s how it WAS (size:xx-small) when the table was running off the page!!
I looked at the source code fro your and it showed the size as “1″ so I changed everything to “1″, now you’re saying to use the other xx-small value.
I’m totally confused now!!

Stephen, I’ve been looking at the PDA\scanner thing. Looking forward to your review. Please let us know where you got it and the type.
thanks
