Treasure hunting is never an exact science, the only way to conssistanly find the good stuff is to always go looking for it. Some weeks I find better stuff than other weeks, but I always find something! Not because I’m lucky or have any special tricks or quick start tips, but because I get up and put myself in places where the good stuff can be found!
I found the Singer sewing machine that I just sold for $330 bucks, on a Sunday late (after 2pm), the last day of the families 2 day sale. Saturday’s sale was during the town’s annual “village wide garage sale” event when hundreds of folks descend upon it looking for “treasures“
How many folks stopped by and didn’t look under the table as I did? How many folks didn’t even stop at the tiny little house with the itty-bitty garage? I did both of those things so I found the treasure!
Stay committed, do your research and keep searching!!
Remember, the key to continued success on eBay or any sales venue, “Find the buyers first, then deliver the product they’re buying“
OK, enough with my soapbox pep talk, on with this week’s discoveries.

I’d also like to offer a strategy I used again on Saturday… whenever I visit family sales after 2pm regardless what an item is priced I always ask them to take 60-75% less, and you’d be surprised how often they say yes!!
It worked again with the NIB Hanging Glass Light and with the Clarice CliffRoyal Staffordshire china lot.
BTW — I only visited two (2) sales after 2pm!!
After coming home doing some research, I should have left the Tippy Topple doll and Fire King lot on the tables where I found them, oh well no education is free, besides I’m hoping the hooked rug, hanging light and a couple of others maybe reaching triple figures, you never know!!
Good Luck Everybody!!!

Stephen,
I passed on a Singer Feathweight just like the one you sold. Once again, didn’t know it’s worth. I will be going back to see if the lady still has it.
