What a week this has been! I only managed to get 15 listings done for the challange. What with the auction my sweetie and I went to on Saturday May 3rd (293.00), sorting, taking pictures for listings and entertaining company, the weekend was shot. Then Monday I went to Goodwill and had my checkbook and cash stolen. By the time we had turned the store upside down and looked in all the nasty trash cans outside, (yuk) called the police and filed the report, I was just too bummed out to try and list. I wasn’t able to sleep much Monday night and started the day off tired and grumpy and still having to face prepping for Wednesday’s surgery and I KNEW I wouldn’t get any sleep Tuesday night.
Got up at 6 am after 2 hours sleep Wednesday, my brother drives me 60 miles to the hospital and guess what, hey I’m a week early, it’s next Wednesday morning! So…Oh joy, I get to do this all over again Tuesday and hopefully we we get to skip the “case of the missing purse”.So here it is Saturday, got up at 7 am and hit the community sales our town is having today. I went to 18 sales and found nothing, then finally the next one had a box of 32 pieces of Universal Pottery dishes, a CA. pottery ashtray and an “iffy” mug, total spent…11.00
The next and last stop I found 8 Limoges plates, MIB and 1 Wedgewood Christmas plate also MIB, total spent…30.00
Grand total for today was 41.00 which I didn’t include in this weeks total, it will go on next weeks.

I plan on spending the rest of the weekend getting listings ready for tomorrow night. I will have to see how I’m doing after the surgery before I can hit any sales next week. I have enough items from the estate auction and sales I have been to, to help me over the hump for the, hopefully, couple of days I will be resting.
As soon as things settle down, I will post more and also include a picture at times.

Thats not the lesson I need, lol, it’s inserting it into the post. I have read the how to so many times and do exactly (I think anyway) what it says and still can’t get it right. They say practice makes perfect, so maybe by the end of the challange, I will manage to get it right. lol
